What is the issue?

We can’t get rid of emails, either in our everyday lives or in our private lives. Extensive communication still takes place via email, and despite established processes, emails are still being sent directly to the service team. This means that even the best process is useless.

A lot of information is passed on via email. If incidents arise from email messages, you have to open the email together with the ticket system and write out the information, hoping that nothing is lost or incorrectly transferred during the process. A ticket is then opened from all the data and information. Manually!

That’s the solution!

This is where the dispatcher comes in. The add-in in Outlook allows tickets to be created directly from Outlook in USU Service Manager. The add-in allows users to extract email information and transfer it to an existing USM ticket system with just a few clicks of the mouse.

The add-in not only increases efficiency by ensuring that no information is lost, but also saves time by eliminating the need to create tickets manually.
